Your first sign-in
- Open Account menu › My Profile and select Change Password.
- Fill in your name, contact number and photo on Account menu › My Profile, and turn on Two-step sign-in.
- Look at the left menu: it shows only what your role may use. Anything missing is either not your role’s work or a module the clinic has not switched on.
Around each consultation
- Clinical › Appointments — today’s list. Open the visit when the patient is called in.
- Record intake and vitals on the appointment, so the doctor reads them with the rest of the visit.
- Open the patient’s history from Clinical › Patients when the doctor asks for it.
- Prepare prescriptions and certificates where your clinic works that way — the doctor’s e-signature is what makes the printed document valid.
What you cannot do: register a new patient, or change clinic settings. Send
those to reception and to your administrator.
