Before your first consultation

All of this is under Account menu › My Profile, and only you can do it.

1. Select Change Password, then turn on Two-step sign-in.
2. Display name — it replaces your name everywhere it is printed, including every PDF. Type it exactly as patients should read it.
3. Licence numbers — PRC, PTR, and S2 if you prescribe dangerous drugs. They print on your prescriptions.
4. E-signature — upload a signature image. Until you do, prescriptions, certificates and physical-exam forms print with no signature on them.
5. Availability and services — the days you consult and what you perform. Patients booking online can only pick from these.

A visit, end to end

1. Your dashboard opens on today’s list. Open the appointment when the patient arrives.
2. Write the consultation: history, diagnosis, treatment. Save before you leave the page.
3. Issue the prescription from the same visit — the form opens only once the diagnosis and treatment are recorded.
4. Issue a medical certificate if the patient needs one, and order laboratory tests if your clinic has the Laboratory module.

Off the desk

• The doctor mobile app shows your day, your patients’ records, and the documents waiting for your signature.
• If your clinic runs a pharmacy counter, use the Manage PIN button on My Profile to set a counter PIN.
• Dental practices chart the teeth on the appointment itself, with per-surface findings carried forward from the last visit.
