- For Enterprise, we provide 1 month FREE trial. Required to provide company profile, and main practitioner's PRC license.
- Enterprise users are provided with 2 months onboarding period after signing an agreement.
- Starter and Professional requires submission and authentication of PRC license.
- Free is subject to the terms, limits, and fair use. We reserve the right to suspend/cancel accounts for usage we deem are beyond the terms.

Recurring upgrades sit on top of any paid plan, so a busy month does not force a tier change. Request them from your clinic dashboard; our team activates them once billing is arranged.
