Every clinic is provisioned a dedicated database. Another clinic’s query cannot reach your rows, because your rows are not in their database.
Its own key
Sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key derived for your clinic alone. Names, contact details and clinical notes are unreadable without it.
Accountable access
Role-based permissions decide who opens what, and the audit trail records it. Employers and HMOs see only the members you associated with them.

The chart behind this section is the one your dentist works in. Every tooth is clickable and every surface is charted on its own, in FDI notation, for both dentitions — so a child in mixed dentition is recorded in a single pass. Findings carry forward from the previous visit and print on the examination PDF.

A clinic is registered as medical or dental, and that setting decides what the workspace leads with: the general clinic dashboard, or the chair-side dental one with the day’s charting worklist.

Charting itself is switched on by the dental module, so a medical clinic that turns the module on keeps its own dashboard and gains the chart — and a practice can be both an independent dentist and a clinic, because practice type and clinic structure are recorded separately.
