The everyday home for your clinic
The Clinic Management System is the screen your team opens every morning and works from all day. It pulls appointments, patients, prescriptions, lab orders, billing and stock into one tidy place, so nobody has to jump between notebooks, spreadsheets and separate programs.
What it does
- Shows today's schedule the moment you sign in, so the front desk knows exactly who is coming and when.
- Keeps every patient's history in one file that any authorized staff member can open in seconds.
- Lets doctors write consultation notes and prescriptions during the visit, not hours later.
- Tracks money owed and collected, so the cashier always knows where things stand.
- Stamps a letterhead you upload once onto every PDF the clinic produces — prescriptions, certificates, invoices and reports all come out on your own branded paper.
- Gives everyone a Profile page to keep their own details current — name, middle name and contact number (the sign-in email is shown but fixed, so it can't be changed by accident).
- Requires each sign-in account to have an active doctor or staff profile in the same clinic. The first clinic administrator is set up as a doctor and administrator; add later administrators through Staff with the
adminrole. - Lets each doctor manage their own professional profile from that same page: their credentials (specialization, license, PTR and S2 numbers, phone), a weekly availability schedule, and the clinic services they offer. Administrators can maintain the same details on a doctor's record too.
- Honours a doctor's optional Display Name — when set, it becomes the name shown for that doctor everywhere in the system and on every document produced, including printed prescriptions, medical certificates and APE reports.
- Lets each person choose a light or dark screen for themselves from that page — a preference that follows their account and leaves the clinic's own branding untouched.
- Works in any modern web browser on a computer or tablet — there is nothing to install.
- Collects unread patient conversations under
Clinical › Messages, with a
three-message alert bar for new replies — for clinics that have switched patient messaging on (Settings → Patient Messaging; off by default).
Why it helps
For the clinic
A single, organized system means less double-entry, fewer lost records, and a clear picture of how the clinic is doing. New staff get up to speed quickly because everything lives in one familiar place.
For doctors
The full patient story — past visits, medicines, lab results — is right there before the patient sits down. Less hunting for paper, more time for care.
For staff
The front desk, nurses and cashier all see the same up-to-date information, so there are no mix-ups about who has paid, who is waiting, or what was prescribed.
For patients
Shorter waits, fewer repeated questions, and the confidence that their records are accurate and complete.
Each role only sees what they need to do their job. A receptionist, a nurse and a doctor each get a view suited to their work.
